Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of every plenti product. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Due to the fragile nature of our biodegradable and recyclable packaging, we ask that you handle returns with care to prevent damage during transit.
Returns are only available for buyers with addresses within South Africa. At this time, we are unable to process international returns.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Upon receiving your returned item and completing an inspection, we will issue a full refund excluding the initial shipping cost.
- Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process and reflect in your account.
- Items purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotion are not eligible for return or refund.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Conditions for Returns
- Refunds are only granted for items purchased directly from iamplenti.com, the Lisa Raleigh retail store, or our bounti HQ Studio in Bryanston. If you purchased a plenti product from a retail partner, distributor, bounti franchisee, bounti Academy member studio, or any other reseller, please refer to their respective returns policies.
- Items that are opened, used, or not in their original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Shipping & Returns Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@lisaraleigh.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Given our eco-friendly packaging, extra care may be required.
- Use an insured and trackable courier service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
- Send the return package to the address provided by our support team.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Inspection & Restocking
All returned items undergo an inspection process upon arrival. If the item is deemed unsuitable for resale due to damage or signs of use, we reserve the right to either return the item to you, or deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
